The Adults Safe Haven
The Adults Safe Haven team includes a crisis worker from Havant and East Hants Mind, an Inclusion worker (substance misuse), and a Mental Health Practitioner from Southern Health NHS. Together, we provide a safe, informal, and supportive environment for adults (aged 18 and over) who are experiencing a mental health crisis or emotional distress.
No appointment or referral is needed – just drop in. Everyone is welcome.
At the Safe Haven, we offer non-judgemental support and advice, helping you develop short-term coping strategies during your time of crisis. We can also help you understand and access longer-term support to manage your mental health and emotional wellbeing, reducing the likelihood of reaching crisis point again.
