We are an Armed Forces Veteran friendly accredited GP practice.
This means that, as part of our health commitments under the Armed Forces Covenant, we have a dedicated Clinician who has a specialist knowledge of service related health conditions and Veteran specific health services.
If you are a Veteran, please let your GP know to help ensure you are getting the best possible care.

Have you served in the British Armed Forces?
If so you could be entitled to priority hospital treatment.
Please let reception know so that we can add a code to your record to indicate that you are a veteran or are immediate family of a military veteran as well as those of serving military.
There will also be support services and social meeting groups starting in the Fareham area which we may be able to signpost you to.
